Biography of John Nick

John Nick appears with the rank of Bombardier on the muster roll Of Stephen's Corp of Artillery, under command of Lieut. Col. Ebenezer Stephens, in Capt. Stephen Buckland's Company. This may by the same John Nick granted Bounty Land Warrant # 4778 on 28 Oct 1781 for his service in Crane's Continental Artillery from Massachusets. Also on the muster roll from Capt. Buckland's company is a man named William Sunnix with the rank of Bombardier also. (Editor's note: perhaps Williamson Nix?)
